Quick Apply Full-time 14 hours ago Full Job Description Pettis Pools, a family-owned business started in 1962 is seeking an Assistant Service Coordinator to assist with the daily functions of the Service Department.
Duties include, but are not limited to; handling phone calls and emails, scheduling service calls, billing, placing orders, and communicating with service technicians and customers to manage requests.
Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
Previous knowledge of Pool operation is preferred but not necessary.
Paid training is provided.
This position is full time and seasonal.
Ideal for someone who does not wish to work year-round, and enjoys time off around the holidays.
Work generally begins in March (weather depending) and continues into November.
Some Saturday shifts may be required in season.
